You must be thinking that am gone mad, or wondering what am talking about? I am talking about the management studies in India(MBA/PGDM). India is among the very few countries who offer this course to the freshers, and for me this system actual spoil the flavour of this course. I am saying this because in the Indian education system is completely based on bookish knowledge , every student is been judged by marks not by how much knowledgable they are, so the person who can mug up from the book can score high and take away all the glitz and glory. But this glory is for short term , they may scored high but their knowledge is been limited within that book and they dont have any idea hw o apply it in real life. Where as management study is only about gathering knowledge and inpliment them in real work life. Since India is giving the oppurtunity of studying management to the freshers the same style of education continues.
